A large portion of the fund’s assets will be invested in collective investments with proven track records of consistently delivering, above-average income and some capital growth.

Costs will be reduced by also investing directly in fixed interest instruments (including, but not limited to, bonds, cash deposits and money market instruments), preference shares, listed property shares and any other income-enhancing instruments consistent with the fund’s objective.
