If you are not satisfied with this investment or the services of Trésor Wealth, you may submit a written complaint, together with supporting documents, to info {at} tresor.co.za. Trésor Wealth will acknowledge the complaint in writing and will inform you of the contact details of the persons involved in the resolution thereof.

If you are not satisfied with the response from Trésor Wealth, you have the right to contact the Ombud for Financial Service Providers:
